This team of amazing individuals will put their all into your wedding vision. When I first reached out to Avail Weddings I had no idea what I was doing. I was overwhelmed and quite honestly ready to give up and go to the court house. All it took was one conversation with Ashley at Avail and all my concerns were gone. Every step of the way Ashley, along with her team, were there for me. Whether it was to pick out place settings, hear me vent, or reassure and validate all my feelings. It was so easy working with all of them. Avail weddings has the best vendors that they work with too! They selected each vendor for me based on my preferences and budget. They were awesome when it came to working things onto a budget. Also, the way Ashley and her team lead the rehearsal was perfect. She made sure everyone in my wedding party was on the same page and made sure to have several back up plans that I myself did not even know about. She always makes sure the bride and groom are stress free. They make sure that the day of your wedding all you have to worry about is having fun and getting married. I promise you that everything is taken care of. The best feeling in the world was having this since of peace and ease over me leaving up to and on the day of my wedding. I have avail weddings to thank for that! I think of Ashley and everyone at Avail weddings as a friend. They truly care about their clients and they truly care and LOVE weddings. I am so so so so thankful to them for everything. I have to mention that all my guests said it was the best wedding they ever went to. Avail weddings did that.

10000/10. If there were awards for wedding planners, Ashley, Teresa and Madison deserve the highest of honors. I actually remember every part of my wedding day, there is no “blur” and I have these girls to thank for that. We decided to have a destination “micro wedding” at The Parker Mill. We live in Texas and were unable to come to NC before wedding weekend. Ashley was right there every step of the way to help me choose the best vendors from afar and she exceeded our expectations in every department. On my wedding day, no one from my family or wedding party lifted a finger. ***THEY DECORATED EXACTLY AS I HAD DREAMED*** and cleaned up afterwards! From florals to catering, everything was more than perfect. She coordinated with everyone to help keep every. single. minute running smoothly. From the time we booked Avail Weddings, to the minute we drove away, Ashley, Teresa and the team were right there making sure it went off without a hitch. Do yourself a favor and book this team. I can honestly say, our wedding was the least stressful time in my life and I believe every bride deserves that.

Ashley and her team went above and beyond anything we asked to make sure we had THE MOST PERFECT DAY surrounded by friends and family. There were three things we spent good money on, with Avail being one of those things! It was 1000% worth every single penny we paid. While there was one problem person, they made sure I never had to worry about what was going on with them. I wasn't bothered the day of the wedding unless it was absolutely something I needed to answer. We were even able to get them to dance to the last song at our wedding. They were there every step of the way, answered any and all questions we had. They were one of the main reasons our wedding day ran so well. And we couldn't be more grateful to Avail weddings!

First off, I am a control freak and a worrier! When we visited the venue my daughter wanted for her wedding, I was scared because it’s over 3 hours from home! "My husband, family, and friends cannot say enough good things about Ashley, Teresa, and Madison's continuous hard work to assure our wedding day(s) would be exactly what we envisioned! Our venue was at The Parker Mill, we did an intimate ceremony followed by a larger reception at a later date due to safety and travel restrictions at the time. We weren't expecting to do this but they all worked hard to make the transition easy and honestly, it was a bonus on our end having two weddings. They coordinated with the vendors for us leading up to the wedding, they quickly set up and cleaned up for our rehearsals and day of, and above all they were very patient and excited for us the whole time. We felt like family by the time our wedding day had come. Hard working woman!! 10 out of 10, would get married agai... not really! Love these girls. Highly recommend."

We got the day of coordinator package but she helped us when we were in COVID panic, communicated with our caterer and helped us find amazing bartenders when ours backed out.
